General Conditions
Refund Policy:
(i) Full refunds are provided if the participant cancels prior to 3 weeks before the start of the course or coaching package.
(ii) If Lee Kelly Coaching, due to their own circumstance, needs to cancel a course or coaching a full refund will be provided.
(iii) No refunds are provided once a payment has been received by Lee Kelly Coaching withing 3 weeks of the course or coaching starting, or If a participant withdraws and / or cannot complete all portions of the course.
SESSION EXPECTATIONS
The client is asked to follow through on their commitment to both themselves and the programme. They are expected to show up 100% to each session to the best of their ability.
You are invited to ask questions and clarify anything that you do not understand.
You are asked to be committed to doing everything you need to get 100% from the coaching relationship.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Everything talked over within the session is fully confidential and will not be repeated, nor will it be discussed outside the session time unless the client initiates discussion.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LEGALITIES
Lee has over 25 years experience as a coach and facilitator of change. She is committed to supporting her clients as they seek to improve their communication skills and/or find ways to live with greater wellbeing, clarity and ease. Her work includes experiential coaching processes and constructive feedback for transformation and change.
Lee holds the following qualifications and experiences:
Bachelor of Arts degree (Canterbury University)
Diploma of Life Coaching ( Life Coaching Associates , Christchurch NZ)
Advanced Toastmaster with 15+ years Toastmasters experience
Public Speaking and Presentation Coach 25 years
Psychodrama Training/250+ hours (Christchurch Institute for Training in Psychodrama)
20 years Group Facilitation & Retreats
SESSION TIMES
Sessions are asked to be kept within the agreed time frame of 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon.
The session times are expected to be honoured by both you (the client) and Lee
RESCHEDULING
If needed you may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance of your booked session. Please text or email Lee to reschedule a time.
SICKNESS OR EMERGENCY
If you can't make your session due to sickness or emergency please let Lee know as soon as possible via text.
MISSED SESSIONS
Any sessions which are missed without letting Lee know will not be refunded.
REFUNDS
No refund for this programme is given (unless Lee cannot fulfill the programme commitment agreed upon).
If Lee cannot fulfill her time obligations, the sessions which are unfulfilled will be fully reimbursed.
EXPIRY:
Powerful Presence Coaching Programme
The 6-week Programme of 6 x one hour sessions will expire 10 weeks after the first session is held.
The 3-month Programme of 12 x one hour sessions will expire 18 weeks after the first session is held.
Create Your Life Personal Programme
The 6-week Programme of 6x one hour sessions will expire 10 weeks after the first session is held.
The 3-month programme
of 12x one hour sessions will expire 20 weeks after the first session is held.
Covid Cancellation Policy
In the case of a NZ Government advised last minute Covid situation change, we will endeavour to run booked courses or coaching sessions with appropriate safety levels in place.
However, at Level 3 (RED) or higher it will be impossible to run face to face sessions and we will be forced to cancel. In this scenario no refunds will be given.
Lee Kelly Coaching will make every effort to organise another course or coaching session as space and time allows where your original payment will be honoured.
Internet courses or coaching run via Zoom/Skype can still take place at all levels, if possible, by all parties.
We will try and make it work, but when situations change outside of our control there may be little else we can do. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
