Lee has over 20 years experience as a Personal Coach working with people of all ages. She offers transformative personal coaching, helping people uncover limiting beliefs and creating a path forward for change. Her approach is centred around the power of our stories to heal and transform our lives.
As well as working with individuals, Lee has enormous experience in facilitation and group process. She is an Advanced Toastmaster and Professional Presentation Coach offering one on one coaching and group workshops. Her passion is helping people overcome their fear, speak with authenticity and to tell their stories with courage.
Lee is also involved in running Well-being and Mindfulness Retreats throughout New Zealand. She has a keen interest in health and wellbeing with over 25 years experience as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist. She combines her deep knowledge of healing bodywork with her transformative coaching
practice.
Lee is now based in Wanaka, New Zealand, where she lives with her partner. She is the mother of six adult children and loves traveling, spending time visiting family, sharing adventures with friends, writing, reading, mountain biking and swimming.
