1. Twelve Week Personal Coaching Terms & Conditions

This agreement continues for 12 coaching sessions from the agreed start date in a schedule ('The Schedule') as shown further down this section.

You have agreed to commit to 12 sessions of coaching and support.

Process

Following the initial contact and completion of the online application form, you will receive an invitation to create a time for a discovery call with Lee.

On agreement of coaching a deposit will be due.

Fees

The full payment for 12 periods of personal coaching is NZ$5,000.

If booking coaching longer than 21days from the agreed start date, a deposit is required to hold their space.

Deposit

A deposit of NZ$1,500 is required to hold times if you are booking your coaching > 21 days in advance. There is an option to split pay your payments across three payments (see below).

Payments

21 days (three weeks, or as agreed upon) before your coaching commences you will be advised to make payment (by direct credit or credit card) for the remaining balance of your coaching payments. 

The 'pay-in-full' option of the remaining NZ$3,500 will be due/charged unless otherwise specified prior to 21 days before your agreed start date. 

Payment plan option - (NZ$5,600 total) allows you to pay the  remaining balance (NZ$4,100 ) in 3 monthly payments = NZ$1,366.66. Deductions will start from three weeks before your agreed start  date.

Your schedule is:

The purpose of the personal coaching sessions is to provide the client with information based on their defined goals and the experience of the coach in various areas.

Weekly for four consecutive weeks (first session is up to 2 hours as required). Fortnightly or Weekly for the remaining eight weeks (subsequent sessions up to 1 hour). That means the maximum length, time-wise, of your course could be up to 20 weeks maximum or 12 weeks minimum. Within this time framework, it allows enough flexibility for our ever changing lives.

The expectation is that you will honour the appointment time. If you do not answer the online video call at the prescribed time, we can accommodate a number of call backs up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time or the appointment will be cancelled. 

Termination

Termination of this agreement may occur at the discretion of the coach when an impasse is reached with the client. As long as the client and coach adhere to the Coaching Guidelines and the coach adheres to professional practices and standards, the relationship will continue. The aim is to help you acheive your goals. That is what this is about. Every effort will be made to make this happen.

Once coaching has commenced there is a non-refundable NZ$600 administration fee which will be deducted from any payments to be refunded in the case of processing a termination.

Examples of termination:

Lack of payment.
Lack of adherence to Coaching Guidelines.
Lack of commitment on the part of the client to post session actions.

Confidentiality

Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between coach and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party.

Before you fully commit, it's good to have a cooling off period - to really understand if this is the right direction for you. Sometimes we just need a little more time. Often the process of 'committing' (making the payment) brings out our true underlying feelings. It's then that we 'know'. You may end up between 'buyers remorse' and a good sense of 'FOMO'. So to help, If after 48hours of joining you are not feeling good all you have to do to receive a full money back refund is submit your request within 48 hours to lee@leekellycoaching.com.

Covid Cancellation Policy

Internet courses or coaching run via Zoom/Skype can still take place at all levels, if possible, by all parties.

We will try and make it work, but when situations change outside of our control there may be little else we can do. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
